Conrad Maldives Rangali Island introduces world’s first Instagram Butler service

Conrad Maldives Rangali Island has introduced Instagram Butler, a brand new service unique to the Maldives island resort.

The Instagram Butler, which the resort believes is the first of its kind in the world, will have more of a tutor’s role. This will involve conducting tours around Rangali Island’s most photogenic locations, all the while offering advice on the best times of day to photograph and the optimal camera angles to use.

The resort has made what it calls the #Instatrail, which includes stop-offs at a traditional Maldivian swing on the beach and Ithaa, the world’s first all-glass undersea restaurant.

According to Rangali Island, the Instagram Butler service can also be combined with a variety of special itineraries in order to lend an alternative to the usual Maldivian holiday experience — white sand beaches, curvaceous palm trees and turquoise seas. These include a one-hour stargazing experience, a three-hour cookery close at Jeremy Leung’s Ufaa restaurant, and a five-hour tour of the local atolls, designed to  introduce guests to Maldivian culture, all to be expertly caught on camera and shared with the world.

As one of the Maldives’ leading resorts and one of Hilton Worldwide’s flagship properties, the award-winning Conrad Maldives Rangali Island resort offers 150 villas and suites, 12 restaurants and bars, two spas — all stretched over two remote islands. It features the Ithaa Undersea Restaurant, world’s first undersea restaurant made from only glass.

Conrad Maldives Rangali Island is home to two unique spa experiences; The Spa Retreat on Rangalifinolhu Island and the Over Water Spa on Rangali Island. Combining expertise from around the world with carefully selected products and therapies influenced by the environment, the two spas offer unique and effective experiences to suit the needs of every individual.

The luxury resort also offers the popular Conrad Concierge mobile app, which gives global luxury travellers the ability to customise details of their hotel stay before, during, and after each visit via a smartphone or tablet. Whether it is pre-selecting bath amenities or checking in while in-transit from the airport, guests can access a variety of features by using the app.
