Adding to its Sunset, Poolside and its Classic Dessert Collection, Kurumba Maldives boasts of its new flavours in aperifs, whether shaken, stirred or poured.

The resort has put a kitchen philosophy into its bar by making its own house infused spirits, using fresh herbs and spices, fresh juices, unique ice and adding processes only found in the kitchen such as foams and sorbets.

Some of the popular additions include:

Coconut Sorbet Martini: Toasted coconut infused Vodka, coconut water and finished with a scoop of coconut sorbet. Indian Ocean Colada – Maldivian screw pine juice, white rum, captain Morgan rum, passion fruit syrup and finished with coconut foam.

Tokyo Bubbletini – Grand Marnier, Sake, lychee liqueur, ginger, grapefruit juice and a splash of sparkling, served in a Martini glass.

On Thursdays and Sundays from 4:30pm to 5:30 pm, cocktail demonstrations are available at their Beach Bar.
