Bandos Maldives wins Inter-Resort Volleyball Champions League 2019

Bandos Maldives has claimed Inter-Resort Volleyball Champions League 2019.
Bandos beat last years’ champions Grand Park Kodhipparu Maldives by 3-0 at an entertaining final match played at Bandos Tuesday evening.
Ismail ‘Kuda Kaatte’ Majid from Bandos was named Best Player of the League, while the team’s coach Mohamed ‘Kaatte’ Sajid was named the Best Coach of the League. Razzan from Bandos was awarded the Most Promising Player of the League title.
Bandos last won the league in 2016.
Inter-Resort Volleyball Champions League is an open volleyball tournament organised annually by Volleyball Association of Maldives (VAM) for resort teams from all over the Maldives. The league pitches zone champions in a final round.
Located in North Male Atoll and accessible by a short 10-minute speedboat ride from the main Velana International Airport, Bandos features spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the garden, beach or the ocean.

Club House offers a range of fitness activities, including a gym, aerobics, badminton, tennis courts, squash and table tennis, while Kokko Club offers babysitting services along with a range of programmes for the little ones.
The resort also features a water sports centre and a dive school.
