SeaHouse Cares, and We Believe In Them

The SeaHouse Maldives, that runs the most fashionable yet affordable café in capital Malé City, the SeaHouse Café, has inaugurated its official Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Project, “SeaHouseCares”. Last night at a ceremony held at SeaHouse Café in the midst of the SeaHouse girl’s night, the project was inaugurated by the Deputy Minister for Health and Family and Children’s Rights activist Mrs. Mariya Ali.

Mr. Ahmed Shiyam and Ms. Hawwa Lubna show their support to the project by enjoying the delights of “Best Ever Lemonade” at the inauguration ceremony, at SeaHouse Cafe.

By working with the customers to contribute to the project, SeaHouse wants the customers to understand that every time they drink a lemonade or Pellini from SeaHouse they are indeed contributing to the welfare of the community.

Among the specialties of SeaHouse Café, the “Best Ever Lemonade”, is one of the two most popular drinks and offers you incomparable taste. The project collects a percentage from every “Cucumber Lemonade”, “Best Ever Lemonade”, and “Pellini Coffee” sold, the most popular drinks at SeaHouse Café.

The funds are collected under the “SeaHouseCares” fund, which will be initially used to sponsor two children from “Kudakudhinge Hiyaa” an orphanage in Villimalé district. The funds collected will also be used in other social and community projects, including youth development.

Nimal and Altho, two musicians from the Maldivian band “Sun Downers” performed their tranquil harmonies at the inauguration ceremony of the “SeaHouseCares”. SeaHouse is famed for occasionally bringing live music to its customers. With the audience sipping their lemonades to show their support to the project, Nimal and Altho played their tunes and sang their melodies.

After the ceremony SeaHouse selected the lucky draw winners of the “Girls Night”. SeaHouse hosts regular weekly theme nights, and the “Girls Night” is one of them. The photograph shows one of the lucky draw winners being presented a gift by Aminath Naaz.

We all know that SeaHouse cares. They care for the development of the youth, they care about the community, they care about women’s rights, and they care about children. When they say that they care, we at Maldives Promotion House, believe in them.
