Kandolhu Maldives has been named amongst the most romantic hotels in the world by TripAdvisor.

At the 2018 TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards, Kandolhu secured the 19th spot in the list of the Top 25 Hotels for Romance in the World.

The resort was also included in several regional lists: the Top 10 Hotels in the Maldives, Top 10 Luxury Hotels in the Maldives, Top 10 Hotels for Romance in the Maldives, and Top 10 Hotels for Service in the Maldives.

Ringed by an intricate yet stunning coral garden teeming with colourful reef fish, Kandolhu is a patch of paradise hidden in the North Ari Atoll and accessible by a 25-minute scenic seaplane flight. Travellers’ Choice award winners were determined based on the millions of reviews and opinions collected in a single year from TripAdvisor travellers worldwide.

In the 16^th year of the awards, TripAdvisor has recognised 8,095 properties in 94 countries and eight regions worldwide. The hallmarks of Travellers’ Choice hotels winners are remarkable quality, service and value.

The awards celebrate hotel winners in the categories of Top Hotels Overall, Luxury, Bargain, Small, Best Service, B&Bs and Inns, Romance, Family and All-Inclusive. In addition, a new “Value for Money” hotel award category was created this year.
