With special degustation menu, renowned chef Elfwing returns to Conrad Maldives
Conrad Maldives Rangali Island is hosting renowned Swedish chef Michael Elfwing for a second time.
Elfwing, from award winning Australian restaurant Cape Lodge, is in Conrad Maldives till April 17. He will be showcasing his Australian and Swedish influenced molecular gastronomy with a chef’s special degustation menu and a range of à la carte options at the resort’s Vilu restaurant.
Dedicated to the art of food and wine pairing, Vilu is the resort’s fine-dining, open-air restaurant located on the edge of the lagoon and showcasing an extensive wine selection. Here guests have the opportunity to discover modern à la carte Mediterranean fine-dining with a wine recommendation for each dish, making it a definite must-do for romantics.
Conrad Maldives hosted Elfwing for the first time in October 2015 at its globally renowned Ithaa undersea restaurant.
