Hilton Maldives Iru Fushi Introduces Purification Package Designed to Promote Healthy Living
Maldives Promotion House – Hilton Maldives Iru Fushi Resort & Spa has announced that they are promoting healthy living with a heady combination of fantastic food and scrumptious spa treatments. While for Hilton this is a powerful and energizing break from the norm, the package is for an initial three day period but can be extended based on guest preferences.
“At Hilton Maldives Iru Fushi, we are committed to offering our guests relaxing and rejuvenating retreats tailored to their preferences. In line with this, we are pleased to encourage healthy living for guests staying at the resort by introducing the Purification Package,” General Manager, Hilton Maldives Iru Fushi Resort & Spa, Alan Stocker said.
“Dr Rahul, our Ayuveydic Doctor and Spa Manager and Jed Archdeacon, Executive Chef have developed healthy programmes to enhance the balance between body, mind and the senses through a blend of spa therapies, Ayurveda, yoga and purification diets. We are confident that these packages will leave our guests feeling refreshed,” Alan added.
Ayurveda is known to be the “Science of Life” aiming to achieve prevention of negative energy and to rejuvenate the body and mind. The benefits of these treatments include detoxification, pain relief, improved blood circulation, relief from insomnia, anxiety and stress, improved immunity, relaxation and overall well-being.
Yoga is a state of balance between body and mind, an inner journey. Yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation in a combined force helps us to realize our body and mind, creates a stronger-healthy-flexible body and most importantly brings positive energy to effect in complete calmness and relaxation, increases the willpower and concentration.
The purification diet is personally designed by the chef to detoxify and cleanse the body of any toxins that easily build up in daily living. A raw vegetarian diet plan is put into place to run in conjunction with the gentle exercise of yoga, Ayuveydic treatments and meditation. Food provides nourishment, strength and feeds the soul. So a combination of all of these elements will ensure a healthier outlook with this introductory programme.
If guests would prefer not go along the detox route but try something simpler for their first time, the chef and Dr Rahul would be very happy to have a consultation with individual guests and tailor make a package specific to their requirements. Mother and daughter, father and son or whole family programmes can also be put together.
