Hania’s role at the Spa Retreat is to offer a helping hand in guiding guests achieve overall wellness in a welcoming and healing setting.

“Naturopathy and acupuncture are both very broad holistic therapies that can address any issues the guest may have, whether physical, mental, emotional or even spiritual,” Hania said.  “As these therapies are aimed at creating holistic balance, it’s possible to address a wide range of health issues in a typical consultation.  You don’t have to be ill to see me; I can assist with meeting goals for weight loss, stress reduction, or improving energy levels as well”.

Naturopathy sessions are priced at USD 155 for a 90-minute consultation, which includes a 30-minute iridology diagnosis followed by an in-depth discussion about health history, diet, lifestyle and exercise. In addition, she uses energetic medicine such as Reiki and Life Alignment Technique to enhance her treatments where appropriate.

The Spa Retreat philosophy is based on the five elements of life – earth, air, fire, water and plant – each providing its own wellbeing characteristic and featuring its own signature aromatherapy blend. Organic Eminence products, luxury spa line Terrake and ghd hair spa products are used to complement the philosophy.

Together with a spa consultant, guests can create the wellbeing programme that best suits their individual needs, be it a one hour treatment or 10-day package combining therapies, gourmet spa cuisine and fitness activities to suit their goals, from it detox to relaxation.
