MATATO releases Maldives Finder 2019
Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) has released the seventh edition of its official publication, Maldives Finder.
The 2019 edition of the annual publication was launched at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) by Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) Managing Director Thoyyib Mohamed. Members of MATATO, partner organisations, hoteliers and the media joined the official launching.
First launched in 2011, Maldives Finder features local culture, artists and talent. The publication also includes travel stories collected from around the Maldives, and gives coverage for travel hotspots across the archipelago.
According to MATATO, 10,000 copies will be distributed throughout the year at leading international travel exhibitions and events, as well as travel roadshows and networking events organised by MATATO. The publication will also be widely circulated amongst the tourism facilities in the Maldives.
MATAO, a non-profit that supports local travel agents and tour operators through lobbying and training programmes, also organises the prestigious Maldives Travel Awards every year.
