Four Seasons Maldives Landaa Giraavaru partners with ethical cosmetics brand RMS

The Spa and Ayurvedic Retreat at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru has appointed new makeup consultant Anastasia Eberhardt, and partnered with organic, ethical cosmetics brand RMS to boost its natural beauty offering.

Born and raised in Scandinavia, Anastasia Eberhardt is a professional fashion stylist and makeup artist with an impressive portfolio. Savvy and stylish, her International Business Degree sits alongside her Art of Style training with Linda Christensen. Her experience extends to the film, theatre, television and print media industries, including work with international brands ranging from L’Oreal to H&M.

Additionally, the award-winning RMS Beauty products are available both for tailored treatments and retail purchase and work in synergy with the ‘natural beauty’ approach of the onsite Rossano Ferretti salon.

Conceived and created by Rose-Marie Swift, a celebrity, catwalk and magazine makeup artist with over 35 years of experience, RMS products are organic and non-toxic, and are intended to heal and nourish the skin. The brand was born following Rose-Marie’s personal health issues and the discovery that these stemmed from her extensive, daily exposure to chemicals found in cosmetics. Designed to support long-term health and natural beauty, RMS products use organic, raw, food grade ingredients in their natural ‘living’ state: the enzymes, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healing properties remain intact to penetrate and rejuvenate the skin.

Named as the Best Holistic Hideaway by the Condé Nast Traveller Spa Guide 2016 and Best Innovative Spa Concept in the Gala Spa Awards 2016, The Spa and Ayurvedic Retreat at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru merges medically accredited therapies with ancient holistic sciences in a 1.2-hectare (three-acre) setting that stretches from the heart of the island to the middle of the lagoon.

Combining innovation, wellness and conservation, Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru is a 44-acre, 103-villa wonderland in the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve — a 30-minute seaplane flight from the main Velana International Airport.

Its sister property, Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa, lies to the south: an enchanting garden island complete with Island Spa sea sanctuary and Tropicsurf coaches and guides. The luxury catamaran Four Seasons Explorer connects the two via three, four and seven-night cruises, plus private leisure, surf and manta ray charters.

The latest addition to the Maldives collection, Four Seasons Private Island Maldives at Voavah, Baa Atoll opened in December as the group’s first exclusive-use private island: off limits to everyone else, limitless to the guests.
