Sheraton Maldives appoints Simon Joublanc as Executive Chef
Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort and Spa has appointed Simon Joublanc as its new Executive Chef.
Chef Simon’s 20-year long career includes working alongside world-famous chefs at Michelin star restaurants across the world, in cities such as Lyon, Madrid, Monaco, London and New York. Prior to joining Sheraton Maldives, he served as the Executive Chef at Amilla Fushi in the Maldives and at The St. Regis Singapore.
