Velassaru Maldives featured in 2018 SLH Cookbook

Velassaru Maldives has been included in this year’s edition of the SLH Cookbook.

In this year’s entry, Velassaru’s Executive Chef Carlos Exprua have chosen an outstanding Seared Maldivian Tuna with Tropical Fruit Salsa recipe.

Created to honour The Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) collective’s love of good local food, the 2018 SLH Cookbook features main dishes from over 150 hotels around the world. The variety and originality of the recipes in the cookbook reflect and demonstrate how serious SLH hotels focus on food, ensuring luxury travellers to have the opportunity to experience a wide variety of delectable dishes.
