The art of dining on select all-inclusive

Kuramathi Island Resort – Kuramathi Island is renowned for its natural beauty; from the 1km long house reef with promising encounters to its wide sweeping beaches offering panoramic views of the infinite sky-blue. Aside from the fancy allures that nature has to offer, there is a lot more to this this magical island in Rasdhoo Atoll. Many would agree that it is also home to some of the most sensational food affairs in the Maldives.

With the introduction of the Select All-Inclusive meal plan in 2009, guests were introduced to the art of dining at 7 superb à la carte restaurants each unique in their flavour. Designed to appease one’s appetite, the restaurant menus were carefully created by our Executive Chef, Michel Muffat and Executive Sous Chef, Lionel Beraud, sharing their invaluable experience to provide the extraordinary to our guests.

The Island Barbeque, a raved favourite of our guests is famed for its remarkable steaks and grilled meats complemented with organic garden greens. Tandoor Mahal infuses the spices of North and South Indian fare, creating zestful recipes while the Island Coffee Shop lets you dine al fresco offering international eats along with traditional curries. Try the Siam Garden if you’re a Thai cuisine enthusiast as you indulge in exotic dishes. Palm would be your ideal choice if you easily fall prey to Italian and Mediterranean delights, and there are also 20 different flavours of homemade gelati to choose from. Take a gastronomic journey at Duniye, our fine dining restaurant boasting rich delicacies from around the globe. Seafood fanatics can indulge at The Reef, where not only the food is exceptional but also the aura of romance that surrounds it; making it a regular for honeymooners.

Savour elegant wines to complete your dining experience, as the Select All-Inclusive not only offers mouth-watering culinary delights but a generous choice of beverages including a selection of bottled wines to enjoy during your holiday at Kuramathi.
