InnSpire maximises guest engagement, service at LUX* North Male Atoll

InnSpire, the award-winning provider of guest engagement, digital entertainment and business intelligence solutions for the global hospitality industry, has successfully deployed its IPTV solution and guest engagement platform at the posh LUX* North Male Atoll in Maldives.

The resort opened on February 1, featuring 67 unique, double-story luxury residences with private pools and individual “Sky Lounges,” blending super-yacht panache with a distinct South Beach vibe. Each stand-alone residence is situated either directly on the beach or over the water.

The expansive property also boasts an abundance of dining and recreational opportunities, including three restaurants, two swimming pools, a translucent overwater LUX* Me Spa, world-renowned diving, high adrenaline water sports, and private yacht voyages, as well as tennis and beach volleyball courts.

LUX* North Male Atoll was recently named a Global Winner in the 2019 World Luxury Hotel Awards in the Luxury Collection Group category.

InnSpire’s interactive guestroom TV solution provides a robust feature set that allows the property to interact with guests and expand customer touchpoints into the guest suites.

In addition to streaming personal content and popular apps, such as YouTube, Netflix, Spotify and online games, the guestroom TV is transformed into a virtual concierge, offering a plethora of property information, directions around the island and upgrade/purchase opportunities, which can also be accessed through the guests’ own smart devices.

This provides the resort with added revenue potential, allowing guests to make dining and spa reservations, book yacht tours and order a host of amenities with the click of the remote.

In addition to the recent implementation at LUX* North Male Atoll, InnSpire has gained a great deal of traction in the Maldives over the past several years. In fact, 30 per cent of the top luxury resorts in the luxury tourist hotspot of the Maldives, listed in the recent Condé Nast Annual Readers’ Choice Awards, are currently InnSpire-enabled.
