Starlit Romantic Adventures at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa
Maldives.net.mv – Couples are set to be whisked off their feet and propelled into a romantic new chapter of their lives together at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa. Tranquil, intimate and spellbindingly beautiful, Hadahaa welcomes guests who are looking to create unforgettable memories with once-in-a-lifetime experiences such as night-time snorkelling, starlit cruises and traditional Maldivian cooking classes and fishing adventures.
A romantic haven of just 50 villas, Hadahaa is miles from the nearest island and makes each and every guest feel as if they are the only ones on the island. While the day brings sun and breath-taking views, the night really captures the essence of what Hadahaa is about, offering one-of-a-kind romance under moonlit skies as the sea gently laps at this fantasy island. There couldn’t be a more blissful resort on which to fall in love again.
Night-time Snorkelling
Boasting one of the healthiest reefs in the Maldives, Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa is one of the leading dive resorts in the country, and it is never more stunning than at night.
Among the most memorable of sights when taking a night-time snorkel with a loved one is the seen-to-be-believed bioluminescent plankton. Twinkling like millions of tiny blue stars in the shallows, this marine phenomenon will leave guests truly awestruck, as waves appear to glow in dark above the coral polyps that feed on it. Elsewhere during the one-hour guided snorkelling tour, swimmers will take a closer look at the night-time reef where parrot fish sleep.
Taking advantage is its location on one of the deepest atolls in the world, North Huvadhoo, Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa is home to a pristine 360-degree house reef which can be accessed straight from jumping off the jetty. Turtles, lionfish, eagle rays, flying fish and much-loved clownfish are all just a short swim away.
After dark, this reef becomes a parallel world as dazzling sea life – dormant during the day – share the open seas. Think squid, lobster and starfish. Underwater lanterns are provided as the moonlit sea becomes a tranquil paradise for couples looking for that extra special memory.
A one-hour Night Snorkelling guided tour starts at 7.30pm and is priced at US$ 80 per guest.
Starlit Cruises
Couples can take the opportunity to savour some time alone by setting off on a beautiful journey aboard Hadahaa’s traditional Dhoni. With champagne and canapés to toast the experience, guests watch the exquisite sunset on the turquoise horizon before the night sky comes to life with the majesty of the stars.
After the ocean changes colour from vivid blue to stunning rose and mauve, eyes are thrust skyward. The Maldives enjoy some of the clearest skies in the world with zero light pollution, meaning each and every star is just waiting to be discovered with thanks to a guide team. The astronomic experts will guide guests through the constellations, including stars and planets that are not visible back home. With the magnificent night sky as a backdrop and the warm sea breeze blowing, a Starlit Cruise is a must-do for romantic couples looking for a perfectly relaxing evening.
A one-hour Starlit Cruise starts at 8.00pm and is priced at US$ 350 per couple.
Chef’s Maldivian Cooking Class and Fishing Adventure
For a taste of the extraordinary beyond the resort’s two speciality restaurants, the Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa has tailored an ultra-romantic dining experience.
Couples are invited to join the island’s master chef for an extra special treat in the form of a culinary class in the middle of the open kitchen at The Island Grill. He will demonstrate how to create the perfect marinade and how to grind and mix spices using as seasoning. Guests will leave the class as experts in how to season fresh locally caught fish.
As the sun goes down, the journey will continue as couples are taken fishing on the traditional Dhoni. They will be taught how to ensure the best catch as the sea life comes out at sunset. Then, upon their return that evening to The Island Grill, they will enjoy a front seat view to see it cooked to perfection, soaking up the surroundings of the Maldives encompassed by gently lapping shores and fragrant plants as a mouth-watering meal is cooked.
A five-hour Cookery Class and Fishing Adventure starts at 4.00pm and is priced at US$ 175 per guest or US$ 800 per couple for a private experience.
Nightly starting rates at Park Hyatt Maldives starts at USD 830+ per villa, inclusive of Breakfast. Meal plans up to all-inclusive are available. http://maldives.hadahaa.park.hyatt.com.

Love loud and laid-back: Valentine’s Day across CROSSROADS Maldives
At CROSSROADS Maldives, Valentine’s Day is designed as a full-day celebration that extends beyond a single romantic dinner, unfolding instead as a journey of connection, creativity and shared discovery. Set across two interconnected islands linked by a tranquil lagoon, the destination invites couples to shape their own rhythm of romance, moving fluidly between moments of energy, playfulness and quiet reflection.
Located just 15 minutes by speedboat from Malé, CROSSROADS Maldives offers a multi-island Valentine’s escape that combines barefoot island living with a contemporary sense of togetherness. From sunrise through to starlight, couples are encouraged to explore experiences that engage both body and mind.
At SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton, the day begins with a sunrise couple’s fitness run along the shoreline, followed by guided snorkelling experiences and pool-based wellness sessions. As the pace builds, playful activities take centre stage, including aqua zumba, beach and pool volleyball, water polo and a light-hearted couple’s “Amazing Race” around the island.
Creative expression forms an integral part of the programme, with hands-on workshops such as coconut painting, tie-dye art, cocktail and mocktail masterclasses, and relaxed karaoke sessions at the swim-up bar. For couples seeking slower, more intimate moments, SAii Spa offers extended Valentine’s journeys for two, featuring shared rituals, massages, facials and private bathing ceremonies, concluding with champagne and chocolate indulgences.
One of the most personal experiences takes place at the clay studio at The Marina @ CROSSROADS, where couples spend time shaping a single ceramic piece together. The finished item is kiln-fired and, if guests depart before completion, shipped to their home as a lasting keepsake of their time together.
Across the lagoon, Hard Rock Hotel Maldives presents a contrasting atmosphere with its Love Loud, Live Proud Valentine’s programme. Dance-led fitness sessions, couple-focused pool games and sunset partner yoga transition into beachfront dining, live music and Latin-inspired performances beneath the night sky.
As part of the celebrations, Hard Rock Hotel Maldives has introduced the LOVE ROCKS Valentine’s offer, providing couples with the opportunity to extend their stay beyond the day itself. The offer includes savings of up to 35 per cent, with bookings available from 12 January to 10 February 2026 for stays between 10 February and 31 March 2026.
As evening falls, Valentine’s dining experiences unfold across the destination’s beach and open-air venues, ranging from intimate multi-course dinners and relaxed barbecues to DJ-led beach parties at Hard Rock Cafe. Rather than centring on a single moment, Valentine’s Day at CROSSROADS Maldives is defined by a series of experiences chosen by each couple, allowing the celebration to feel personal, flexible and unhurried.
