Six Senses Laamu appoints Martin Davies as Executive Chef – Six Senses Laamu has announced the appointment of Martin Davies as executive chef. Martin will be overseeing the dining operations of the resort and he will also be ensuring the quality of produce grown in the organic garden.

Chef Martin spent the last nine years in Turks and Caicos managing culinary teams in well-established international five star resorts, amongst which are Parrot Cay by COMO Hotels and Resorts and Grace Bay Club. An expert on international cuisine, Martin is experienced with French, Asian and Mediterranean food. Prior to his relocation to the Caribbean, Chef Martin was the executive chef in renowned restaurants including The Penthouse in London and Soho House in New York City.
