Hotel Asia announces world class judges for Culinary Challenge

Hotel AsiaMaldives.net.mv – Hotel Asia Exhibition has announced the judging panel for this year’s Culinary Challenge with a world class line up. This is the 12th edition of the exhibition and will be held from 4 to 7 September at Dharubaaruge Exhibition Hall in Male’.

One of the key highlights at Hotel Asia, the International Culinary Challenge will feature over 500 local and international chefs staging a line-up of world class competitions. Top talents including chefs, F&B service staff, pastry chefs and bartenders from the Maldives & beyond will take on each other showcasing their culinary skills and vying for top honors over 4 days in 20 individual categories and 5 main awards.

The competition will be judged by Alan Palmer Project Director & Chief Judge, also a World Renowned Chef & Honorary Life Member of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) along with a panel of internationally certified judges, global award winning chefs and recognized professionals from the culinary world. The certificates issued at this Culinary Challenge are highly recognized worldwide and are treated as a major achievement in the eyes of the participants.

Sirru Fen Fushi hosts Golden Week Festival with exclusive collaborations

This Golden Week, Sirru Fen Fushi – Private Lagoon Resort will host a celebration that unites culture, family, and world-class experiences, highlighted by exclusive collaborations under the resort’s renowned Sirru Icon Series.
