Kuramathi Maldives’ Duniye restaurant introduces new tantalising starters
The culinary team at Kuramathi Maldives has introduced new flavours to the menu of its Duniye restaurant.
Set in the heart of the island, Duniye flaunts fare from all over the globe served with our collection of well-acclaimed wines. The menu already features a carefully handpicked array of starters and decadent main dishes.
From this month onwards, guests can now enjoy a new selection of starters, including the delectable Seafood Fantasy with its vermicelli coated shrimp, pan fried scallop in miso blood orange sauce and marinated mussel salad. Another new entry is the steamed Foie Gras with chanterelles, hazelnuts and Chiang Mai tamarind sauce.
Dining at Duniye is included in Kuramathi’s popular Select All-Inclusive package, and is open for dinner by prior reservation, which can be done once you arrive to the island. In order to maintain an intimate ambience at the restaurant, Duniye welcomes all guests of six years and above.
“Travel your taste buds to the sensational world cuisines as you embark on this gastronomic adventure that is Duniye,” an announcement read.
Kuramathi is one of the first resorts to open in the Maldives and is part of Universal Resorts of Universal Enterprises, a 100 percent Maldivian company and the pioneers of tourism in the Maldives.
An emerald jewel in the turquoise Maldivian waters, Kuramathi is a stunning island retreat with acres of luxuriant vegetation surrounded by spectacular beaches tapering into an endless sandbank. Villas blend contemporary design and nature, and are set on the beach, amongst lush gardens or over water. Four poster beds, open-air bathrooms, rainfall showers or Jacuzzi, large outdoor decks with inviting daybeds or sun loungers, are just some of the creature-comforts enjoyed by guests.
Dining options are diverse with many restaurants, bars and great-value all-inclusive packages, topped off with Maldivian service – welcoming, genuine and friendly.
