Bandos Offers Special Local and Expat Package

Maldives Promotion House – Only 15 minutes from the Malé International Airport via speed boat, Bandos Island Resort & Spa is a luxurious island getaway for families and couples. The island of hospitality is also famous among locals and expatriates that often take breaks from the hassles of city life. This June, Bandos Island Resort & Spa is offering the locals and expatriates special rates.
Room rates for a Standard Room is USD88 for single, USD131 for double and USD190 for triple. Room rates for Deluxe Rooms and Garden Villas is USD99 for single, USD143 for double and USD202 for triple. A Jacuzzi Beach Villa costs USD134 for single, USD180 for double and USD229 for triple. For families, two children of up to 11 years can share a double room for free. The child supplement for 6 to 11 years is absent.
The Gallery Restaurant is the main restaurant of Bandos Island Resort & Spa. The package includes full board meals form the Gallery Restaurant. While additional meals at the Gallery Restaurant will cost USD12 for breakfast, USD18 for lunch and USD24 for dinner. Once again all additional meals for children under 11 years are for free. A special 15 percent discount is also available for all food and beverages excluding the Gallery Restaurant meals and mini bar items.
The package includes free return transfer and all guests booked under the package must produce valid identification, work permit, or dependant visa. The offer is available from 1st to 30th June of this year.

The festivities begin on 21 December with the traditional Christmas tree lighting ceremony at the island’s sandbank. In the days leading up to Christmas, guests will have the opportunity to take part in cultural excursions, such as local island tours, or join engaging culinary sessions including Thai cooking and sushi-making demonstrations. Family-friendly fun continues with treasure hunts, sand sculpting competitions, and live evening entertainment across the island’s bars.
For younger guests, the Bageecha Kids Club will host a daily festive programme from 21 December to 1 January 2026. Activities include cookie and ornament decorating, gingerbread house building, jewellery-making workshops, and coconut painting.
