Partners announced for TTM 2018
Maldives Getaways on Thursday signed up with partners for the upcoming Travel Trade Maldives (TTM) 2018.
At a ceremony held at Champa Centra Hotel in capital Male, Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) signed as the Platinum Partner, while Al Shaali Marine Maldives, Allied Insurance, Ooredoo Maldives and Fuel Supplies Maldives (FSM) were announced as Gold Partners.
Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL), M7 Print, Maldivian, Laniakea Tech, State Trading Organisation (STO), and LinkServe signed as Silver Partners.
TTM is scheduled to be held at the main convention centre of Dharubaaruge in capital Male from May 1-3. It is expected that along with over 140 resorts and hotels, 200 international buyers and media representatives will attend the travel trade show.
Premium exhibitors include Adaaran Resorts Maldives, Angiri Resorts, Crown and Champa Resorts, Bandos Maldives, and Villa Hotels and Resorts.
TTM Gala Night, which will be held at Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi resort, will host TTM Awards on May 2. TTM will also host the second edition of Hotelier Summit of Maldives, which targets investors as well as leading hotel owners, operators, developers, architects, interior designers and consultants.
TTM 2018 will also host the first Maldives Supplier Expo. It is the only event where exhibiting companies can expect to meet key decision makers, engineering directors and procurement manager from all over the Maldives. A total of 1000 plus key decision makers as well as purchasing chiefs from over 150 resorts and leading local companies are expected to pass through the doors of Maldives Supplier Expo to visit and network with the exhibitors.
The second edition of Tourism Career Fair will be held during TTM at Dharubaaruge on May 3. Much like last year, the career fair is a great opportunity for students and professionals to meet and network with tourism industry representatives in the Maldives.
TTM aims to facilitate the tourism industry of Maldives to reach the ultimate target of two million tourists with over USD 3.5 billion in receipts by the end of 2020. More than 300 hoteliers, suppliers, related industries and travel industry professionals from the Maldives and abroad are expected to visit TTM to network, negotiate and discover the latest industry opinion and trends in the Maldives.
