Lily Beach’s Tamarind restaurant rolls out new menu
Tamarind restaurant at Lily Beach Resort and Spa Maldives has introduced a new menu.
In an announcement, the resort said the Tamarind restaurant’s à la carte menu has been expanded with a greater range of Asian dishes such as stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts, and sweet and sour prawns. With a flavour rich menu offering a great selection of appetisers, main dishes and sweets as well as the Lazy Susan set menu, there is really something for everyone, it added.
According to Lily Beach, the dining experience at Tamarind is further enhanced by the fantastic wine selection on offer, featuring over 80 world class wines handpicked by its sommelier.
“Using the freshest ingredients our talented chefs cook up flavours of the east, with traditional Thai and Indian recipes,” the announcement read.
